Our patterns are always in stock. You will be notified immediately if any other item is temporarily out of stock. You will have the option of canceling the item or back-ordering it. Back orders will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipping.

Pine Freckle Forest does not accept returns on any product that is not defective. If you have a problem with your order, contact us via e-mail we will rectify it.

Please fill your credit card number in on the order form. We will process your order and bill your credit card. All orders will be shipped within three business days of receiving them. We will notify you by e-mail once your order is shipped. Billing will appear as Black Bear Quilting on your credit card statement.

We accept Visa and MasterCard over the Internet. We will accept money orders in Canadian or US Currency. We do not accept personal cheques.

All parcels will be shipped Canada Post Regular mail unless otherwise requested. For all other shipping types, actual charges will apply.

Local Customers may pick up their items to save shipping charges. Please make an appointment for your pick up.

If you are ordering a kit, we will make every attempt to have the same fabrics in the kit as in the photo/sample. Where this is not possible, we will replace fabrics with fabrics that we feel create the same feel and look as the originals.

All customers are responsible for all duties and fees incurred in relation to their shipment. It is your responsibility to know the rules for your country. All mail is subject to Customs regulations and inspection. Customers are responsible for any Customs fees.
